As a CNM, you'll play a vital leadership role in delivering outstanding, person-centred care across a range of services, including care of the older person, dementia/Alzheimer’s support, step-down care, and convalescence. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, support and inspire a multidisciplinary care team

  • Ensure the highest standards of clinical practice and resident safety

  • Foster a positive learning environment for continuous staff development

  • Support service management and project delivery as needed

  • Drive excellence in care delivery through strong communication, organisation, and leadership

What You’ll Need

  • Current registration (or eligibility) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant post-registration experience

  • Post-registration qualification in gerontology or dementia care is highly desirable

  • Strong leadership, communication, clinical, and organisational skills

  • Legal right to work in Ireland
